but that was pre-election, this is post election. you know the pressure i think is on all of them but let's remember the pressure for the president. one of the things that is difficult about a coalition that puts you in office is every part of the coalition wants to protect something. they think they helped put this guy back in office. so you already hear folks on the left saying do not touch social security. do not touch medicare. there is no need to do that. there's pressure on that side and on the side of him that said in his acceptance speech last night, and i'm going to work and i'm going to -- we're going to get this done. so i think the pressure on the president is probably even more so than that on republicans. >> gloria, do you agree with that, congressional approval levels are at an all-time low. >> yeah, like 17% or something like that. i think there is pressure on all of them. i think what you have is a divided country and they have this huge speed bump, the question of tax cuts for the rich. they have to get around that.
